Delete your Qenzo account
The fastest way is inside the app: Qenzo → Profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately — no email, no waiting.
1. Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open the Qenzo app and sign in with the account you want removed.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm. The account and the data listed below are erased right away.
2. Or ask us to do it
If you cannot sign in, email qenzo.ai@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Qenzo account”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete it within 30 days, normally within two business days, and we write back when it is done.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email, password hash, linked Google/Apple sign-in).
- Your dictation and rewrite history, and the notes you saved.
- Your style profile and the keyboard vocabulary the app learned from you — on our servers and, on next launch, on your devices.
- Your personal dictionary and your app settings.
- Your voice clone and any voices you enrolled, including at our speech provider.
- Push notification tokens.
Audio recordings are never stored in the first place: speech is transcribed in memory and discarded.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and tax records — the invoices behind a subscription (amount, date, processor id; never card numbers). Retained as long as accounting and tax law requires, typically 7 years. This is a legal obligation and cannot be waived by deleting the account.
- Security logs — abuse-prevention records that contain no message content, kept for up to 90 days, then erased.
A subscription bought through Google Play is cancelled separately in Google Play → Subscriptions; deleting the Qenzo account does not cancel it for you.
5. Delete only your data, and keep the account
You do not have to lose the account to erase what it learned. In the app, Reset style clears the learned vocabulary and style profile, Clear history erases past dictations, and Private mode stops anything being stored in the first place.
