Common questions
How do I enable the Qenzo keyboard?
Open the iOS Settings app → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Qenzo. Turn on Allow Full Access so the keyboard can hand a finished dictation back to whatever app you're typing in - the keyboard works without Full Access too, it just can't return the result automatically. You can also do this from inside Qenzo: menu (≡) → Settings → Keyboard setup.
How do I dictate?
Tap the mic key on the Qenzo keyboard from inside any app, or open the Qenzo app itself and tap the orb. Speak, then stop - your text lands styled and ready to send.
How do I change my spoken or output language?
Tap the language pill at the top of the Qenzo home screen to pick what you speak and what you want it written in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Qenzo Pro purchased through the App Store is managed entirely by Apple: open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Qenzo Pro, or inside Qenzo go to menu (≡) → Settings and tap your plan to open the same Apple subscription sheet.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Qenzo → menu (≡) → Settings. Near the bottom of that screen you'll find Export My Data (download everything we hold about your account as a file) and Delete Account (permanently erases your account, transcripts, and dictionary - this cannot be undone, and does not by itself cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel that separately as above). What happens to my audio?
Your recording is sent to Qenzo's servers to transcribe, translate, and style it, then discarded - it is not stored. Full detail, including which processors we use, is in the Privacy Policy.
